1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern the use of REZKO (https://airezko.ru, the "Service"), operated by Individual Entrepreneur Tarasova Anastasia Nikolaevna, OGRNIP 324460000047518 (the "Administration"). By creating an account (including via VK ID, Yandex, Mail.ru, Google or Telegram) or otherwise using the Service you accept these Terms. Paid services are provided under the Public Offer. This English version describes the same rules as the Russian version; in case of conflict the Russian text prevails.
The Service is intended for people aged 18 and over; people aged 14 to 18 may use it and make payments only with the consent of a parent or guardian. It is not intended for children under 14.
2. What REZKO does
REZKO is an online video editing tool. It transcribes the user's video, uses AI to select moments and write titles, edits short vertical clips with captions and framing, and, if the user wishes, publishes them to platforms the user connected. Optional AI-generated illustrations (B-roll) show generic scenes and objects only.
3. Account
You are responsible for keeping your password and API keys safe and for all actions taken in your account; tell us immediately about any unauthorized access. We may suspend or restrict an account that violates these Terms, at the request of authorities, or in case of abuse (for example, creating many accounts to get free minutes). You may delete your account by contacting support.
4. Free plan
The free plan includes a limited number of processing minutes; its limits, output quality (including a watermark) and features are shown on the website and may change. It is provided "as is" and may be processed with lower priority.
5. Your content and prohibited use
You decide what you upload and are fully responsible for it, including copyright, the right to a person's image and data-protection law. You keep all rights to your videos and clips. It is prohibited to upload or create with the Service any material that:
- infringes the rights of third parties without permission of the rights holder;
- is illegal, including extremist materials, promotion of terrorism, drugs or suicide, pornography, or any material depicting the sexual exploitation of minors;
- contains intimate, sexual or nude imagery of real people without their consent, including imagery created or altered with AI (deepfakes), or imagery that harms the honor and dignity of a real person;
- misleads people, for example by presenting edited material as statements a real person did not make;
- calls for violence, incites hatred, insults or defames;
- is unlawful advertising or contains malicious code.
REZKO does not generate images or videos of real or identifiable people and never creates sexual, nude or intimate content; such generation requests are blocked. We may remove material or restrict access to it without notice when we detect a violation or receive a justified complaint. When you publish clips on other platforms (YouTube, VK, TikTok and others), you must follow their rules; publishing to YouTube is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.
6. Copyright complaints
A rights holder who believes that material in the Service infringes their rights may send us a notice (email tatardesign.1@gmail.com, support chat @managerta, the Support section of the user account) with details of the claimant, the work, documents confirming the rights, and a link to the material. We review justified notices and restrict access to the material, notifying the user.
7. Links and Autopilot
By giving a link to a video on another platform you ask us to obtain a copy of it for processing and confirm you have the right to use it. The Autopilot feature, at your request, periodically checks a channel or playlist you specified and processes new videos using your minutes; you can turn it off at any time.
8. API
API access is available on plans where it is listed. An API key is equal to a password. We may set technical limits on request rates and processing volume. You may not resell API access without our written consent.
9. AI results
Selected moments, transcripts, titles, descriptions and hashtags are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. Please review clips before publishing; you are responsible for what you publish. The "virality" score is a prediction and does not guarantee results.
10. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose, except for guarantees expressly provided by the Public Offer and consumer protection law. We are not responsible for users' content or the consequences of its distribution.
11. Trademarks
YouTube, VK, Rutube, TikTok, Twitch, Yandex, Telegram and other names are used only to indicate compatibility and belong to their owners. REZKO is not affiliated with them.
12. Changes, law and contact
We may change these Terms by publishing a new version; users are notified of material changes in their account. These Terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Contact: email tatardesign.1@gmail.com, support chat @managerta, the Support section of the user account.
