1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how REZKO (https://airezko.ru, the "Service") collects, uses, stores and protects personal data. The Service is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Tarasova Anastasia Nikolaevna, INN 110605426876, OGRNIP 324460000047518, address: Tsvetochnaya st. 11, Khutorskoy district, Zheleznogorsk, Kursk region, 307562, Russian Federation (the "Operator", "we").
The policy is based on Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data". This English version describes the same rules as the Russian version; in case of conflict the Russian text prevails.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: email address, name or nickname, password hash (we never store the password itself).
- Sign-in provider data: if you sign in with VK ID, Yandex ID, Mail.ru, Google or Telegram, we receive the account identifier, name, profile picture and email address that the provider shares with your permission.
- Content: videos and files you upload or link to, their transcripts, and the clips created from them.
- Payments: plan, minute balance, payment and transaction records (card details are processed by the payment provider; we do not receive them).
- Support: the content of your messages to support.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, sign-in time, session identifier, cookies and local storage.
- Partner program members: payout details and tax status.
People who appear in videos you upload are processed on your instructions only to provide the editing service. We do not perform biometric identification and do not use such data for our own purposes.
3. How we use data
- to create and secure your account and let you sign in;
- to provide the Service: process your videos, create, store and show clips, and publish them to platforms you connected, when you ask us to;
- to accept payments and issue receipts and accounting documents;
- to answer support requests and claims;
- to keep the Service secure and prevent abuse;
- to send service notifications you can manage in your account (for example, "your clips are ready"). Marketing messages are sent only with separate consent.
Uploaded videos are not published, are not visible to other users and are not used to train AI models. We make no decisions with legal effect for you based solely on automated processing.
4. Google user data
Google Sign-In. When you sign in with Google we request the openid, email and profile scopes and receive your name, email address and profile picture. We use them only to create, identify and secure your REZKO account and to show your name and picture in the account.
YouTube (optional). You may choose to connect your YouTube channel so that REZKO publishes clips you select. We then request two scopes through the YouTube API Services:
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload — used only to upload the clips you selected to your own channel, with the title, description and privacy setting you chose, at the time you scheduled;
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly — used only to show the name of the connected channel and the view, like and comment counts of the videos REZKO uploaded for you.
Limited Use. REZKO's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular, we:
- use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing features described above;
- do not sell Google user data and do not transfer it to third parties, except as necessary to provide these features, to comply with the law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to users;
- do not use Google user data for advertising, including retargeting or personalized ads;
- do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine-learning models;
- do not allow humans to read Google user data, unless you give us explicit permission (for example, when you ask support to look into an error), it is necessary for security purposes, or it is required by law.
Storage and deletion. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted on our servers. You can disconnect YouTube at any time in "Calendar → Platforms"; the tokens are deleted immediately. You can also revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Statistics of uploaded clips are deleted together with your account.
By publishing to YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising. We give access only to service providers that we need to run REZKO, only to the extent necessary and under confidentiality obligations:
- hosting provider (our servers);
- Yandex Cloud (SpeechKit) — speech recognition; receives the audio track of the video;
- language-model providers — to choose moments and write titles; receive the transcript text only, without account data;
- services that download videos from links you provide — receive the link;
- banks, payment providers and the fiscal data operator — payment data;
- sign-in providers (VK, Yandex, Mail.ru, Google, Telegram) — as needed for sign-in you chose;
- government authorities — only when required by law.
Some language-model and video-download providers may be located outside Russia; they receive only transcript text or a video link, without account data.
6. Where and how long we keep data
Personal data of Russian citizens is stored in databases located in the Russian Federation.
- account data — until you delete the account or withdraw consent, and no longer than 3 years after your last activity;
- source video files — deleted automatically, usually within 24 hours after processing (never later than 30 days);
- clips and transcripts — until you delete them or your account;
- payment records — for the periods required by tax and accounting law (at least 5 years);
- technical logs — no longer than 12 months.
7. Security
- encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS);
- passwords stored only as a strong cryptographic hash; OAuth tokens encrypted;
- restricted, logged staff access; restricted network access to servers and databases; regular backups;
- automatic deletion of source videos after processing.
8. Your rights and account deletion
You can request information about how your data is processed, ask us to correct, block or delete it, withdraw consent, and complain to Roskomnadzor or a court. You can delete clips and projects yourself at any time. To delete your account and all related data, contact us; we delete it within 30 days. We answer requests within 10 business days.

9. Cookies
We use only technical cookies and browser storage needed for sign-in, security and your interface settings. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. See the Cookie Policy (in Russian).
10. Children
The Service is intended for people aged 18 and over. People aged 14 to 18 may use it only with the consent of a parent or guardian. The Service is not intended for children under 14.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The new version is published on this page with its date, and users are notified in their account at the next sign-in.
